Ford gives UAW ‘costly’ new offer with more than 20% raises

Ford said it was offering to increase temporary workers’ pay 26 percent to $21 an hour, versus $20 in the last publicly known proposal, and raise most full-time workers’ pay by “more than” the 20 percent over four years it previously offered.
