Norway’s traffic regulator says it will not recall Tesla cars

Norway’s traffic safety regulator said it would not order a recall of Tesla’s S and X Model vehicles because the number of reported cases was low compared to the number of cars in Norway and the incidents allegedly happened when the car was travelling at low speed, often when reversing.
