Coalition launches to expand electronic vehicle title and registration process

The eSTART — or Electronic Secure Title and Registration Transformation — Coalition, which will launch Wednesday, wants to bring awareness to legislative efforts, facilitate engagement and dispel misconceptions associated with electronic title and registration processes.
