Dealerships sue CDK in relation to cyberattacks

Two Florida dealerships and two Georgia stores have joined two consumers in suing CDK Global following its cyberattacks and software outages, alleging the incident compromised private information and harmed both auto retail businesses and employees. They seek class-action status.
