Ferrari to hire 250 in first half of next year, launch employee share plan

Ferrari will launch an employee share ownership plan in 2024 that will give employees shares in the company and has also signed an agreement with unions to renew a competitiveness award scheme for employees that could reward them with an annual competitiveness bonus of over 17,000 euros.
