U.K. fossil fuel ban delay may have little effect on EV shift

The plan to push back to 2035 a requirement that automakers sell only zero emission cars angered automakers worried about investment and supply chain uncertainty, but it may make little difference to the pace of a shift to electric vehicles, experts say.
